How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Prabvisa Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect after you do. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Prabvisa Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If You Have a Problem With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Prabvisa Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@prabvisa.help and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle the matter, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
